A private nature stay near Dorrigo
Dorrigo Bush Pepper Retreat is a two-bedroom, self-catering lodge in Deer Vale, about 15 minutes from Dorrigo. It sleeps up to five guests and pairs a private holiday stay with twin heated outdoor mineral baths, forest walks and river access.

Set on three private acres within a larger forest property, the lodge is a place to slow down. Soak in the twin heated outdoor mineral baths, follow walking tracks to the river, and enjoy the birds and wildlife around you.
Inside the two-bedroom lodge
The lodge sleeps up to five guests. One bedroom has a queen bed; the second has a double bed with a single bunk above. An equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, while the indoor wood fire, alfresco dining area and outdoor fire pit give you room to settle in after a day exploring.
Explore Dorrigo and the Waterfall Way
Spend time on the property’s forest walks and by the river, or use the lodge as a base for Dorrigo National Park, Dangar Falls, Ebor Falls and the wider New England region. Animal feeding can be arranged in advance.
