    Dangar Falls

    Dangar Falls are an ideal place for a picnic with excellent picnic and barbecue facilities, just 2kms out of town. The small and pretty cascade falls drop into a pool where people, against the instruction of signs, jump and swim. It is possible to get down and walk along the river below the falls.

    The 'Made In Dorrigo' is an artisan & produce market run in the streets of the Dorrigo mountain township. The Market is is held 3 times a year, check out the website for future dates.

    Fishing at Deervale

    Our river is called Deer Park Creek and is replenished with trout every year. Whether you are fishing for trout in Deer Vale, Ebor, Freshwater Bass in and around Dorrigo or going for a coastal catch on one of the regions many beaches, you will certainly not be disappointed with the many opportunities for a great fishing experience.

    Deer Vale Nature Reserve

    Dorrigo Bush Pepper Retreat has it’s own walking track, 4km loop that takes you through the fresh waters of Deer Vale Nature Reserve.
